About

Sixteen years of difficult rooms.

Private practice since 2010. Eleven of those years ran alongside St. Jude's, with children in cancer treatment and the families holding them up — and before that, with army families in Punjab.

I don't hand people a diagnosis. We work out what you're actually carrying, slowly, and without judgment.

Clients

She never makes you feel like you're being “treated”.
Client of ten years

She connects experiences that seem unrelated and shows you the pattern underneath. It changed how I understand my marriage.

Marital counselling

I came to her exhausted, directionless, with no confidence left. I can't thank her enough for probably saving me from myself.

Individual therapy

She's one reason I am the athlete I am — she gave me the confidence and the focus.

Competitive athlete

Thoughtful, balanced and impartial. She combined empathy with objectivity when everything felt overwhelming.

Family therapy, since 2017

She remembers the smallest detail from months ago. Therapy with her is a safe place to think.

Ongoing client

At no point do I feel forced to share anything I don't want to. She adapts to what I need that day.

Young adult client

How it works

What happens next.

01

Write

A few lines about what's going on. A sentence is enough.

02

Reserve

Pay for the first session to hold your slot.

03

Begin

An unhurried first hour. Nothing has to be resolved in it.

The first step is
the hardest part.

There is no pressure and no obligation — only a conversation.

Every conversation is confidential
